Add gram flour, lemon juice, and ginger-garlic paste.

Add garam masala and crushed kasuri methi.
Stir in the fresh cream.
Simmer gently for 2 minutes.
Avoid boiling the cream vigorously.

Add the cooked paneer tikka to the gravy.
Add the grilled onions and bell peppers.
Gently mix everything together.
Simmer for 3–4 minutes.
Turn off the heat.
