Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
 - The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
 - The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
 - You provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice).
 
Please note: Perishable items, opened food packets, or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless they are damaged or incorrect.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

- Your order number
 - Reason for return
 - Clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
 
 - Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
 - You may be required to send the item back to our warehouse. Shipping details will be provided.
 
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
 - The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
 - If the refund is delayed, check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
 
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you received the wrong or defective product, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used food products
 - Items returned after 7 days of delivery
 - Products without original packaging
 - Discounted or clearance sale items
 
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong product, damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
 - If the return is due to customer preference (where eligible), the customer will bear the return shipping charges.

Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they have not been shipped.
 - To cancel, contact us at support@xyrafoods.com or through our customer care number.
 
6. Pricing Errors
At Xyra Foods, we strive to maintain accurate pricing across all products. However, errors may occasionally occur.
- If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price, even after it has been confirmed and payment processed.
 - If your order is canceled for this reason, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
 - If a product’s correct price is higher than the price displayed, we will contact you for confirmation before processing the order. You may choose to cancel or proceed with the revised price.
 - We shall not be obligated to provide the product at the erroneous price.
